自2024年1月起，CCCAT®將對目前使用塑膠桶的凍乾桶進行重大升級。此舉是基於我們於2022年發現的塑膠桶密封問題及衍生的相關問題，經過深入考量及長期測試後，公司決定全面更換為奶粉罐專用的鐵桶包裝。儘管多次由供應商進行測試，仍未能找到原因，因此我們選擇了這一全新的解決方案。

新採用的鐵桶具有以下顯著優勢：

  • 完美密封：鐵桶設計無死角，提供更佳的密合度。
  • 減少光照氧化：鐵桶無透光性質，有助於降低產品在門市受光照導致的氧化。
  • 環保回收：鐵桶的回收更加環保，體現了我們對可持續發展的承諾。

為了進一步貫徹環保理念，我們也針對鐵桶進行了新視覺包裝的重新設計，展現更現代、環保的品牌形象。此外，我們的產品將採用全新的Micro-Pak Dri Clay®乾燥劑，這種材料在工業堆肥條件下可以生物分解，有效減少對環境的影響。同時，我們承諾產品內容物，無論是重量或原料，都將保持原有的高品質，包裝更換不會導致產品價格變動。

Starting from January 2024, CCCAT® will undergo a significant upgrade to our freeze-dried product containers, transitioning from plastic to specialized tin containers used for milk powder. This decision comes after identifying sealing issues with our plastic containers in 2022, which, despite numerous tests by our suppliers, remained unresolved.

The newly adopted tin containers offer several significant advantages:

  • Perfect Seal: The design of the tin containers ensures an airtight seal with no dead angles.
  • Reduced Light Oxidation: The non-transparent nature of the tin reduces product oxidation caused by store lighting.
  • Eco-Friendly Recycling: The tin containers are more environmentally friendly, reflecting our commitment to sustainable development.

In line with our environmental ethos, we have also redesigned the visual packaging of the tin containers to present a more modern and eco-friendly brand image. Moreover, we have switched to using the new Micro-Pak Dri Clay® desiccants, which are biodegradable under industrial composting conditions, further reducing environmental impact. We assure our customers that the switch in packaging will not affect the product's weight or quality of ingredients, and there will be no hidden price increases.
